Microsoft Advertising services, end to end

Ten services, one accountable team. Each one exists because a Microsoft Advertising account cannot perform without it. Pick what you need, or let us run the whole chain from the first landing page to the monthly roadmap.

Websites and landing pages

Most Microsoft Advertising accounts underperform for a reason that has nothing to do with bids: the page. A visitor who searched for emergency furnace repair on Bing lands on a homepage that opens with the company history. We fix that first, because no amount of bid management rescues a page that does not answer the search.

We design and build fast, accessible pages that mirror the intent of each ad group. Service businesses get a page per service and location with click to call, a short form and proof blocks. E-commerce stores get category and product landing pages aligned with Shopping and Performance Max feeds. B2B and SaaS companies get offer pages built around one conversion, whether that is a demo, a trial or a quote.

Every page ships with semantic markup, Core Web Vitals in the green, UET and GA4 events attached to each button, and a Microsoft Clarity project recording real sessions from day one. We write the copy ourselves and keep it honest. Claims you cannot support fail editorial review and lose the trust of the visitor you paid for.

If you already have a site, we work inside it or build a lightweight landing page system beside it. If you have nothing, we build from zero on a stack you own and can edit without us.

What you receive

  • Landing pages for each campaign theme, written and built by us
  • Full site builds for businesses starting from zero
  • Copywriting, form design and call tracking integration
  • Speed, accessibility and mobile pass before launch
  • UET, GA4 and Clarity wired to every page and button
  • Monthly page updates driven by CRO findings

Account setup and registrations

Starting clean on Microsoft Advertising takes more than opening an account. We create the account under a Microsoft login your business controls, set up billing and user roles, complete advertiser verification, and connect every property the platform expects to see before it will serve your ads at full strength.

That includes the UET tag installed site wide through tag manager, conversion goals for each meaningful action, Microsoft Merchant Center with a validated product feed for Shopping campaigns, a Microsoft Clarity project, and the audience lists that remarketing and in-market targeting depend on. We also handle the identity and business checks that gate certain ad formats and categories.

If you already run Google Ads, we use Google Ads import and set a scheduled sync only where it makes sense. Imported campaigns inherit Google bids, match types, location settings and ad schedules that often do not fit the Microsoft auction. We review the import line by line, fix bid strategies, device modifiers and time zones, and reject what should not come across.

You receive a documented account with sensible naming, shared budgets where they help, and no surprises buried in legacy settings.

What you receive

  • Account, billing, users and roles in your name
  • UET tag deployed through tag manager and verified
  • Conversion goals and audience lists configured
  • Microsoft Merchant Center and product feed, where relevant
  • Microsoft Clarity project connected to the account
  • Google Ads import reviewed and corrected, with sync rules
  • Setup documentation you can hand to anyone

Campaign strategy and launch

We start from your economics, not from a keyword tool. What is a lead worth, how fast do you close, what margin does each product carry, how many jobs can you take per week. Those answers set the targets for cost per acquisition and return on ad spend before a single campaign exists.

Then we research the queries your buyers actually type on Bing, using the platform's own keyword planner and search term data from comparable account types, because Bing query patterns differ from Google. We group keywords by intent, separate brand from non-brand, and decide where exact match, phrase match and Dynamic Search Ads each belong.

The launch plan covers campaign structure, the bid strategy for each campaign, geographic and ad schedule settings, audience layers such as in-market, remarketing and LinkedIn profile targeting, search partner and Audience Network inclusion, and a learning budget with a defined end date.

Launch is deliberate. We go live with the campaigns most likely to convert, watch daily for two weeks, add negatives from real search terms, and expand only when the data supports it.

What you receive

  • Economics and target model agreed with you
  • Keyword and intent map built from Bing data
  • Campaign structure document with naming conventions
  • Bidding, budget and network plan
  • Audience plan including LinkedIn profile targeting
  • Launch checklist and first two weeks protocol

Platform-native creative

Microsoft Advertising rewards creative that uses its formats fully. Responsive search ads need a complete set of headlines and descriptions that combine well, with pinning used sparingly where a compliance line or an offer must always appear. Sitelink, callout, structured snippet, call, location, price and promotion extensions fill the extra space Bing often gives top ads on desktop.

For the Microsoft Audience Network we produce Multimedia Ads and native image ads sized for MSN, Outlook, Edge and partner placements, with headlines written for a reader who was not searching. For Shopping and Performance Max we optimize product titles, attributes and images in the feed, because on those campaign types the feed is the ad.

We write and design in house, keep a library of tested headlines and descriptions per client, and refresh assets on a schedule tied to performance rather than to the calendar. Every asset is checked against Microsoft Advertising editorial policies before submission so your account avoids disapprovals and review delays.

You approve everything before it goes live, and you own every file.

What you receive

  • Responsive search ads for every ad group
  • Full extension set, maintained as offers change
  • Multimedia Ads and native images for the Audience Network
  • Feed title, attribute and image optimization
  • Ad copy library with test history
  • Monthly refresh with documented results

Ongoing management and optimization

Optimization is a weekly discipline, not a quarterly cleanup. Every week we review search terms and add negatives, adjust bids or targets by campaign, rebalance budgets toward what converts, check device, location and time of day performance, and prune Audience Network placements that bring clicks but no customers.

We run structured tests: one variable, a defined duration, a success metric agreed in the weekly meeting. Bid strategy changes, new match types, LinkedIn profile targeting on and off, search partner and Copilot inclusion, landing page variants. Results go into the change log and the monthly report so you can see what we learned, not just what we touched.

As the account matures we add the campaign types the data has earned: Dynamic Search Ads to catch long tail queries, Shopping or Performance Max for catalog businesses, remarketing and in-market audiences on the Audience Network, and seasonal campaigns planned weeks in advance.

Nothing changes in your account without a note explaining why.

What you receive

  • Weekly optimization pass across every campaign
  • Negative keyword and placement management
  • Bid, target and budget management
  • Structured testing program with written results
  • Expansion plan by campaign type and season
  • Full change log you can read any time

Tracking and analytics

If the conversion data is wrong, every other decision is wrong. We treat tracking as the foundation of the engagement, not as a setup task to rush through.

The UET tag goes in through tag manager with enhanced conversions enabled, so Microsoft can match conversions even when cookies are limited. Conversion goals are defined for each real business action: form submit, call, booked appointment, purchase with revenue, trial start. Each goal is tested with live events before launch, and we decide together which goals count toward bidding and which are observed only.

For businesses that close offline, we set up offline conversion import from your CRM so closed deals and revenue flow back to the clicks that produced them. For stores, we reconcile Microsoft Advertising revenue with GA4 and your commerce platform. Where your stack supports server-side tagging, we implement it to protect data quality.

Microsoft Clarity runs on every page, giving us heatmaps and session recordings that explain the numbers. We audit tags monthly and after every site change.

What you receive

  • UET tag with enhanced conversions
  • Conversion goals mapped to your real funnel
  • GA4 and tag manager configuration
  • Offline conversion import from your CRM
  • Server-side tagging where your stack supports it
  • Microsoft Clarity setup and segment integration
  • Monthly tracking audit with a written result

Reporting dashboards

You should never need to log into Microsoft Advertising to understand how your money is working. We build a dashboard that shows spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion and revenue or lead value by campaign, by network (Bing and partners, Audience Network, Copilot placements), by device and by week.

Each weekly update carries a short written commentary: what moved, why we think it moved, what we changed and what we will watch next. The monthly report goes deeper, with trend lines, test results, search term insights and the roadmap for the next month.

Numbers tie back to the conversion goals and the economics we agreed at the start, so the question of whether the account is profitable always has a direct answer, in your terms, not in platform jargon.

What you receive

  • Live dashboard, yours to keep
  • Weekly written commentary
  • Monthly report with trends and test results
  • Quarterly review of targets and economics

Weekly client meeting

Every client gets a standing weekly meeting with the strategist who runs the account. Thirty minutes, same time each week, agenda sent in advance, notes and actions shared afterward.

We cover results since last week, decisions that need your input, upcoming tests, lead quality feedback from your sales team, and anything on your side such as pricing, inventory, staffing or seasonality that should shape the campaigns. During launch we meet more often.

This cadence is the reason accounts improve. Lead quality problems surface in days instead of months. Budget shifts happen when they should. Nobody waits for a quarterly review to find out what went wrong in week two.

What you receive

  • Weekly thirty minute call with your strategist
  • Agenda in advance, notes and actions after
  • Shared action list with owners and dates
  • Direct channel for urgent questions between meetings

Blog and content generation

Paid search gets stronger when the site has depth. We write articles that answer the questions your buyers type into Bing, structured so they can also serve as landing pages for Dynamic Search Ads and as remarketing entry points on the Audience Network.

Each piece is researched from your search term reports and sales conversations, written in plain US English, and published on your site with proper metadata and internal links to the landing pages that convert. We do not publish filler. A small number of articles that answer a real question outperform a large number that say nothing.

What you receive

  • Monthly article plan drawn from search data
  • Writing, editing and publishing on your site
  • Internal linking to landing pages and offers
  • Quarterly performance review of published content

Conversion rate optimization

Improving conversion rate is worth as much as lowering cost per click, and it compounds across every campaign you run. We run CRO as a monthly cycle: review Clarity heatmaps and recordings, identify friction, form a hypothesis, build the variant, run the test to a decision and document what we learned.

Typical work includes form length and field order, headline to query match, trust blocks, mobile layouts, click to call placement, page speed and how the offer is presented. Changes are prioritized by expected impact and effort in the monthly roadmap, so the biggest wins come first.

What you receive

  • Monthly CRO review with Clarity evidence
  • Prioritized test backlog in the roadmap
  • Page variants built, measured and documented
  • Decisions recorded so tests are never repeated by accident
