Pricing
Pricing built around scope, not surprises
We price by the work your account actually needs. Every proposal spells out what is one-time, what is monthly and what is included at every level. Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to Microsoft, on an account you own.
Three ways to work with us
Most clients start with a launch project or a monthly retainer. Larger accounts move to a percentage of spend once the work scales with the budget. Figures are quoted in your proposal after a first call, because the right number depends on your scope, not on a price list.
Foundation
For a single business line or location getting serious about Microsoft Advertising for the first time.
- Search campaigns on Bing and partners, one or two campaign themes
- Landing page for each theme, maintained by us
- UET tag, conversion goals, Clarity and dashboard
- Weekly optimization and weekly meeting
- Monthly report and roadmap
Best when conversion volume is still building and the priority is clean data and a profitable core.
Growth
For businesses with proven search demand that want the full Microsoft stack working together.
- Everything in Foundation, across more campaign themes and locations
- Microsoft Audience Network with remarketing and in-market audiences
- LinkedIn profile targeting, Dynamic Search Ads, Shopping or Performance Max where relevant
- Monthly CRO cycle and creative refresh
- Content program with articles published to your site
Best when the account already converts and the job is to grow volume without losing efficiency.
Scale
For multi-brand, multi-location or high-volume e-commerce accounts where the work grows with the budget.
- Everything in Growth, across brands, regions or product lines
- Offline conversion import and CRM reconciliation
- Server-side tagging where your stack supports it
- Expanded testing program and seasonal planning
- Dedicated strategist with a defined response time
Priced as a percentage of monthly media spend with a floor, so the fee tracks the complexity of the account.
Launch project
Not ready for a retainer, or need the foundations built before deciding who runs them? The launch project is a fixed-scope engagement that takes you from zero to a working Microsoft Advertising setup in roughly the first thirty to sixty days of our process.
- Account created in your name, billing, roles and verification completed
- UET tag through tag manager, conversion goals tested, Clarity connected
- Google Ads import reviewed and corrected, if applicable
- Landing pages for the first campaign themes
- Campaign structure, responsive search ads and extensions built and launched
- Two weeks of post-launch monitoring and a handover document
At the end you can continue with a retainer, pause, or run the account in house with our documentation. Everything is yours either way.
What drives the price
- Number of campaign themes, locations or product lines
- Whether we are building a site from zero or working inside an existing one
- Networks in scope: search only, or search plus Audience Network, Shopping and Performance Max
- Tracking complexity: simple form leads versus offline import, revenue reconciliation or server-side tagging
- Content and CRO volume per month
- Monthly media spend, for percentage-of-spend engagements
Always included, at every level
Some things are not tiers. They are how we work, and they are part of every engagement regardless of size.
- A weekly meeting with the strategist who runs your account
- A live dashboard with written weekly commentary
- A monthly report and roadmap in plain language
- A change log entry for every modification
- Full ownership of accounts, tags, pages, dashboards and files
- Tracking audit every month and after every site change
- Month to month terms after the initial launch period
- An honest recommendation to spend less when the data says so
Pricing questions
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Microsoft Advertising through billing on your own account. Our fee covers the work. You see every dollar of media cost on your own invoice from Microsoft, never marked up or passed through us.
Can we start with a launch project and decide later?
Yes. The launch project ends with a working account, tested tracking and documentation. You can continue with a retainer, pause, or take the account in house. Many clients use it as a trial of how we work.
What is the commitment?
An initial launch period scoped with you up front, then month to month. We ask for notice before the next billing cycle so we can prepare a clean handover and leave the account in good order.
Do you charge setup fees on top of the retainer?
Account build, tracking and the first landing pages are quoted as part of the launch scope, not hidden as extras. The proposal shows exactly what is one-time and what is monthly, and nothing is added without your approval.
