Privacy policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed. Last updated January 2026.
Who we are
Kestrel Point Media is an independent digital marketing agency based in the United States. We operate the website at kestrelpointmedia.com. You can reach us at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the form on our contact page, we collect the information you type: your name, email address, company name, website address, the monthly ad budget range and primary goal you select, and your message. The form also records the date and time of submission, your IP address, your browser's user agent string and the host name of the site, which help us detect abuse and spam.
The form contains a hidden field that real visitors never see. Automated scripts tend to fill it in, which lets us discard spam without asking you to solve a puzzle.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. If we work together, the information becomes part of our client records and is handled under the agreement we sign with you.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private file on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and may also be delivered to our business email inbox. We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversation, and we delete them on request.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for the site to function, and at the time of writing it needs none. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, heat mapping tools or any third-party tracker on this site. The only external resource the site loads is the web font files served by Google Fonts, which your browser requests directly from Google; Google's privacy policy governs that request.
We help clients install measurement tools such as the Microsoft Advertising UET tag, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity on their own websites. Those tools are not present on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we honor every other request. Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site collects or uses information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not apply material changes retroactively to information collected under an earlier version without telling you.
