About

A Microsoft Advertising agency by choice, since 2021

Kestrel Point Media is an independent, US-based agency that does one thing: run Microsoft Advertising for businesses that want it done properly, with the website, tracking and reporting around it handled by the same team.

Who we are

We founded Kestrel Point Media in 2021 around a simple observation. Nearly every US business running paid search had a Microsoft Advertising account, and nearly every one of those accounts was an afterthought: imported from Google once, checked rarely, judged unfairly. The platform had a distinct audience, distinct formats and lower competition, and almost nobody was building for it on purpose.

So we did. Since then we have taken many businesses from nothing, no website, no accounts, no tracking, to a complete digital presence with Microsoft Advertising as the engine, and we have repaired many more accounts that had been running on autopilot for years.

The name comes from the kestrel, a small falcon that hovers in place and watches carefully before it moves. That is how we think paid search should be run: patient observation, then a precise action, then observation again.

The short version

  • Independent agency, founded in 2021, based in the United States
  • Microsoft Advertising only, by deliberate choice
  • Full service: websites, accounts, tracking, creative, management, reporting, content, CRO
  • A weekly meeting with every client, with the person who runs the account
  • Clients own every account, tag, page and dashboard, always
  • Not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation

Why one platform

Generalist agencies spread attention across six platforms and give each one a sixth of a specialist. We decided to give one platform everything. Microsoft Advertising has its own auction dynamics, its own audience on Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo and AOL, placements in Copilot and Edge that exist nowhere else, the Microsoft Audience Network with native formats, LinkedIn profile targeting, and a measurement stack built around the UET tag and Microsoft Clarity. Knowing all of that deeply is a full time job. Doing it for many clients at once means we see patterns a single account never reveals: which bid strategies settle fastest at low volume, which Audience Network placements rarely convert, how imports from Google go wrong, and how Copilot-era queries differ from classic keyword searches.

Specialization also keeps us honest. We cannot shift your budget to another platform to hide a weak month, so we have to make Microsoft Advertising work or tell you plainly when it will not.

How we work

Six principles shape every engagement. They are not slogans. They are the rules we check our own work against in the weekly meeting.

You own everything

Accounts, tags, domains, pages, dashboards and files are created in your name with your billing. We are administrators, never owners. If we part ways, nothing has to be rebuilt.

Economics before tactics

We agree what a lead or sale is worth before we touch a bid. Every report, every test and every budget decision is read against that number, not against platform averages.

Tracking is the foundation

No campaign launches on an untested conversion goal. UET, enhanced conversions, offline import and Clarity are set up, verified and audited monthly, because wrong data produces confident wrong decisions.

Change with a reason

Every modification in your account gets a change log entry explaining why. You can read the history any time and see the thinking, not just the edits.

Weekly, not quarterly

Accounts drift in days, not months. A standing weekly meeting with your strategist catches lead quality problems, budget pacing and seasonal shifts while they are still cheap to fix.

Say the uncomfortable thing

If Microsoft Advertising is not the right first move for your business, or a campaign should be cut rather than scaled, we say so. Our reputation depends on your results, not on your spend.

Who we serve

We work with US businesses whose buyers research on desktop, value trust and tend to be older or higher income, which describes the Microsoft audience well. In practice that means:

  • Local and regional service businesses: home services, legal, medical and dental, financial and insurance, with phone and form leads
  • E-commerce stores with a product feed and margins that support paid acquisition
  • B2B lead generation and SaaS companies that benefit from LinkedIn profile targeting
  • Health and wellness brands with compliant offers and clear landing pages
  • Education providers, from training programs to continuing education
  • Real estate teams and property businesses with a defined market

What we do not do

We do not manage Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or any platform other than Microsoft Advertising. We do not run campaigns for offers that cannot pass Microsoft Advertising editorial policies. We do not promise results we cannot measure, and we do not publish client names or case studies without written permission, which is why you will not find them on this site.

If you need a generalist, we will say so. If you need Microsoft Advertising done well, with the site and tracking around it, you are in the right place.

Talk to the people who will run your account

No sales handoff. The strategist on the first call is the strategist in your weekly meeting.
